About Delta

A women-ownedfirm built for thehard part of change.

Delta Consulting is an organizational change management firm. Since 2012, we've led enterprise change for global organizations across ERP, HR, operating model, and AI transformations. We are Prosci certified, WOSB and WBE certified, and partnered with Microsoft and Salesforce. Based in Chicago, working globally.

Our approach

Change that lasts starts with the people side.

Every engagement begins with the same question: what does adoption look like on day 90, and who has to change how they work to get there? We work backward from that answer.

Our approach draws on Prosci methodology, refined across 25+ years of enterprise change work: ERP rollouts, HR transformations, operating model transitions, and now AI adoption. The specifics shift with the technology; the fundamentals do not. Leadership alignment, honest impact analysis, structured stakeholder engagement, communications that meet people where they are, training built for how adults actually learn, and reinforcement past go-live.

Delta leads the change from day one. A senior consultant owns the engagement end to end. That accountability is the difference between a plan on a slide and a workforce that has actually shifted.

The TRUST Model

A framework built for how people adopt AI.

AI adoption looks different from ERP, HR, or operating model change. The tools evolve weekly, the fears are unfamiliar, and the workforce is adopting on its own before leadership has a plan. The TRUST Model is Delta's five-stage framework for closing that gap.

  1. Transparency

See the full picture before you move.

  2. Realignment

Reshape the roles before the rollout.

  3. Uplift

Build the fluency the work actually demands.

  4. Shift

    Move from pilot to permanent.

  5. Thrive

    Hold past year one.

Our team.
